DevOps Engineer
Remote, Europe | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage servers to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. Continuously improve infrastructure reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with other DevOps professionals to develop and implement best practices for automation, CI/CD, and system monitoring. Participate in knowledge-sharing and team discussions
- Communicate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand infrastructure requirements, provide support, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure minimal downtime by quickly addressing critical failures. Maintain high availability of services through proactive monitoring and fast response times
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation covering system architecture, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational guidelines
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable, cost-efficient infrastructure solutions that align with organizational objectives and growth strategies. Optimize system performance to support business needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience DevOps
- Experience in creating high availability systems
- Experience in administration of PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Experience in administering Nginx and web applications
- Knowledge in network information security
- Experience in building and administering monitoring systems
- Knowledge and experience with CI/CD, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes
- English — Intermediate and higher
Will be a plus
- Experience with Puppet, Terraform
- Experience with NoSQL (ClickHouse, ELK)
- Experience with high-load WordPress setups
- Troubleshooting skills
