KYC Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Check the compliance of the information that users provide in their profiles and identification documents
  • Analyze and identify documents that do not meet the company’s requirements
  • Request proper copies of documents when necessary
  • Identify falsifications and take appropriate action
  • Detect duplicate client profiles based on explicit or indirect signs
  • Investigate and resolve duplicate user profiles
  • Maintain customer records in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in working with documents and processing large amounts of electronic data
  • Attention to detail, responsibility, accuracy, and punctuality
  • English level: from Intermediate
  • Higher education (legal, financial, economic) is an advantage
